Shipping

Shipping is free for almost all of our customers, except those who live in remote areas might be subject to a small remote location shipping fee. If you are unsure whether or not you are eligible for free delivery, please contact us at hello@mattysleeps.com

All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 days after placing your order for the order to arrive.

Non-Serviceable Jurisdictions. Please accept our apologies that we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut. We also do not ship to PO boxes.

Returns & Cancelations 

Customers can return an unopened Matty mattress within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us immediately at hello@mattysleeps.com with your order # and "Cancel Order" in the subject header. 

Return Process Under the 30 Night Trial.

Customers can return their mattress after the 14th night following the Delivery Date and before the 31st night. To return a mattress within the 30-day trial period notify us by contacting us on our website or at hello@mattysleeps.com We will come pick the mattress up, as long as your mattress is within an area within which we can access easily through a delivery service. If you have any questions about whether or not you are eligible for free delivery, feel free to ask us before purchase.

Please note that additional remote shipping fees are not eligible for a refund, so please check-in with us before purchase to see if your area would be subjected to an additional remote location shipping fee.

Process for Return. To issue a return please contact us at hello@mattysleeps.com to initiate your return request. In the subject header please have “Return Request” and your Order number. At that point, a Matty Sleeps member will contact you within two days. You will be asked to provide pictures of the Matty mattress uncovered without sheets to show it is not damaged or spoiled. You must wrap the mattress in plastic for pick up. Please allow 5-10 days for pick-up following a successful return process. On the day of pick-up, the mattress must be on the ground floor and at the front of the house or building ready for pick-up. If the mattress is moved to a different location from the original shipping location, there may be additional pick up charges. Remote locations may be subject to a special remote location pick up fee.

Deemed Acceptance. Once 30 nights have passed from the Delivery Date, you are deemed to have accepted the mattress and no returns will be accepted.

Condition of Mattress to be Eligible for Return. Mattresses returned under the 30 Night Trial must be returned in good condition. Matty Sleeps will not accept a return if the mattress has incurred any physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material including but not limited to liquid damage, stains or soiling.
